These terms outline the foundation of trust between Cleansnapx and our clients in Prague. They are designed to be straightforward—no hidden clauses, no complex legalese—just the essential guidelines that ensure a smooth, reliable experience for everyone.

By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these conditions, which protect your data, define our service scope, and establish clear communication protocols.

1. Scope & Acceptance

What You're Accepting

  • Access to and use of the cleansnapx.cc website.
  • Booking of cleaning services within the Prague area.
  • Communication via email, phone, or our website contact forms.

Effective Date & Updates

These terms become effective upon your first use of our website or your first service booking. Cleansnapx reserves the right to update these terms to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.

Notice Protocol: Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered clients or posted prominently on our website at least 14 days before implementation.

Our standard terms for all cleaning appointments.

Access & Safety

  • Client provides key/code access
  • Safe entry for cleaners (no dogs, hazards)
  • Vehicle parking available if requested

Cleaning Standards

  • Follows our Prague Apartment Checklist
  • Eco-friendly products (ingredient list upon request)
  • Photos provided upon completion

Post-Service

  • 48-hour satisfaction window
  • Key return or secure drop-off
  • Invoice via email within 24hrs

Common Exclusions & Limitations

To ensure clarity and safety, these are not included in standard service.

Deep Cleaning Tiers

Standard clean does not include: inside oven, inside fridge/freezer, interior windows (exterior available as add-on), balcony/terrace deep washing. These require booking our "Deep Clean" package.

Material & Damage Liability

We are not liable for damage to fragile items not secured by the client (e.g., decorative figurines, framed art on loose surfaces). We carry standard liability insurance for our team's actions.

3. Cancellations, Payments & Refunds

Section C: Financial Terms

Cancellations

More than 24 hours: Full refund or free rescheduling.

12-24 hours: 50% fee applies.

Less than 12 hours: 100% fee applies. No refunds for no-shows.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service.

Accepted methods: Cash (CZK), Bank Transfer, or Secure Card Link (sent via invoice).

VAT (21%) is included in the final price for all services provided within the Czech Republic.

Refunds & Quality

If unsatisfied, contact us within 48 hours. We will return to re-clean the specified areas at no extra charge.

Refunds for payments already made are processed on a case-by-case basis, typically within 5-7 business days.

4. Liability & Dispute Resolution

Section D: Accountability

Limitation of Liability

Cleansnapx's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total value of the service booked. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Pre-existing damage or structural issues in the property.
  • Loss of items not reported missing at the time of service completion.

Insurance

Our team is covered by general liability insurance. We encourage clients with high-value items or specific concerns to discuss additional coverage options prior to service.

Governing Law & Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. For any disputes arising from these terms or our services, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

Escalation Path:
  1. Direct contact with our team lead.
  2. Formal written complaint to management.
  3. Mediation via a certified third-party (Prague commercial court).

We aim to resolve 99% of issues in the first step.

5. Final Provisions & Contact

Section E: Closing Notes

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cleansnapx regarding our website and services.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
