We use high-GSM microfiber for trapping dust, not spreading it. Color-coded to prevent cross-contamination (Red: Bathrooms, Blue: Glass, Green: General).
HEPA Filtration
Vacuums must retain 99.97% of particles. Essential for allergy sufferers and post-construction dust extraction.
pH 7 Neutral
Used for general surfaces. Safe for stone and wood. No etching, no residue.
pH < 5.5 Acidic
Reserved for descaling hard water deposits on chrome and porcelain. Used with strict dwell-time limits.
Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
We maintain SDS documentation for every chemical used. Available for review upon request. We do not use undisclosed proprietary blends.
Transparent Investment
How We Calculate Value
We bill for the time, complexity, and products required to do the job correctly. We do not bill per "room" if the room is significantly larger or smaller than average.
- Base Rate: Calculated per square meter with a minimum call-out fee.
- Variables: Clutter density, pet hair volume, and degree of soiling.
- Frequency: Bi-weekly and monthly contracts receive preferential rates.
What We Don't Do
Radical honesty prevents scope creep. These items are outside our operational safety and licensing parameters.
- × Hazardous Waste: We do not clean visible mold, sewage, or bio-hazards. This requires certified remediation.
- × Exterior Heights: Windows requiring ladders over 3 meters are declined for safety.
- × Heavy Lifting: Moving full furniture units is not included; we request items be moved prior to arrival.
- × Crystal/Decanters: Delicate glassware requiring specialized hand-washing is excluded.
Our Method Note on Robustness
We evaluate robustness by "First-Pass Success." If a surface requires re-cleaning due to our error, we return within 24 hours for free. This is our only metric for quality control.
